Dough-Joe® Pizza and Baking Stone Details

The Dough-Joe® 12" x 18" Baking Stone set consists of four 6" x 9" x 3/4" tiles.
Excellent for cooking pizza crust, bread of all types as well as cookies.

MADE IN USA--These are the improved version of our original stones; Same superior conductivity in a lighter stone, but now able to withstand greater heat shock.

FOUR-PIECE set of 6x9-inch tiles allows the flexibility of cooking small items without lifting an entire large stone.

At 3/4" thickness, these have unmatched heat transfer and are very warm hours after use.

Four small tiles are less prone to oven stress breakage than one large one (This is the same reason large cement blocks are sawn into 4 pieces).
